Alexandre Sasset-Blouin is an electronic music composer and sound artist from Tiohtià:ke[Montreal]. A long time music enthusiast, DIYer and patron of the local techno scene, his current studies at the University of Montreal have primarily involved exploring sound manifested through physical materials, algorithmic composition, sound art and immersive sound installations.
As a composer and performer, he exploits harsh, noisy and distorted sound produced by synthesis, feedback and extreme processing, to create organized and carefully composed pieces often intended for collaborative performance.
